Molly was excellent! She searched and showed us houses for months. We were dealing with a 1031 exchange and we live in Alaska so that complicated things. She handled it with ease and expertise. If there was anything she didn’t know about our situation, she learned it. We were buying a vacation rental so she made sure the houses we visited were in an area where that was allowed. She connected us with local firms that we needed which were all great so she’s very resourceful. Molly did an outstanding job at negotiating for us as well. I would highly recommend her!
